Just don't see it. I'd need at least 10x improvement to switch and that means fundamental changes to interacting with processes as I'm petty surgical with bash, find, awk, sed. A shell isn't 10x by being a union of all the best tools, it needs to redefine them. And 'where' doesn't come close.
