pov is from the reciever not the shipper. Parcel Lockers could help save a round trip. I would gladly sign off on leaving a signature required package in the locker in my building as opposed to having them redeliver it. Save time since all the delivery places is in one place as opposed to multiple floors. Ide gladly pay a buck or 2 to have my more sensitive packages (ammo/gun parts, electronics, iphones etc) be guaranteed to be delivered to a locker in my building. And lastly, do you really want to leave blood for amazon to smell? Better cannabalize yourself before someone else does :)
