I've been putting together a small write-up on these headers [1] and my own crazy conspiracy theory as to why I think they are not utilized any more just so I could keep track of the discussions. They have existed for quite some time and are trivial for both website operators and clients to implement. As a funny side note there is code looking for RTA headers in yt-dlp [2] One could even get a small sample of sites using the header without a Shodan login [3]. I am pleasantly surprised to see AU is not going to be added to the growing list of people forcing a login to a centralized database.
