A stream of venture capital that keeps thinking it's profitable, funding companies that push the research envelope, go bankrupt and see their work reach the public (intentionally or not) might be the best thing the OS community could hope for.
- __loam 3y agoIt would be cosmic justice for companies that looted the open source community to build proprietary products off the backs of that labor to have to go open source themselves because nobody is willing to pay them for their software.
