I'm a happily paying customer, and I'm a little ... pleasantly surprised? ... that their numbers are about 1/10 what I expected. I can't really explain it. I want them to succeed and wish them great success, but something about them being small feels oddly good. I haven't experienced a 10s pop-in on mobile (iOS Safari with the extension installed). What OS/browser? You could probably file a bug report on their feedback site.
