If respecting user preferences reduced Edge/MS ecosystem adoption, then that's a cost.
- tremon 3y agoNot respecting user preferences also has a cost. It's just one that's harder to measure.
- jrootabega 3y agoYes, most everyone here understands that. Microsoft understands that better than anyone, and makes their decisions accordingly. The comment I replied to claimed that honoring user preferences had no cost.
