  Which kids did you like the best? Best being defined as which do you think would make the best use of the scholarship both for themselves and their family, and for their peers and country? This method is as good as any. I know you want to make the best decision possible, but this is one of those situations where you just have to go with your gut and to a large degree throw the numbers out the window.
