Can the lab force the parents to pay the costs and have the child anyway? Can the lab terminate the pregnancy? Would they run afoul of abortion laws? If the lab completes the gestation, are they the guardians of the child? Is it an orphan, and ward of the state? Can the company request reimbursement?
