The main problem was the noise level went up as all the teams ended up in the same room, along with the IT ops guys. It went from 3 guys that worked well in a team room to 25 people in one open office plan. Our own team's cohesiveness deteriorated as we all went into headphone mode and communication was slower among ourselves.
