Why not? If you look back, are you glad that your parents let you jump far from swings?

- lvl102 3y agoI did a lot of stupid things as a child. 80s were definitely different times. Sometimes, I think I am lucky to be alive. Life is about knowing when and how to take risks. I took unnecessary risks as a child. Plus even if I let my kids go free, I know there will be eager parents willing to call the CPS for the slightest oversight. For better or worse, we live in a very different world.
