- jug 3y agoSounds like they know something transpired systemically that we don’t, hence this new guideline out of the blue. Somehow I doubt sudden uncalled for acts of benevolence from the NSA.

- AtlasBarfed 3y agoReminder: NSA, FBI, CIA have all used surveillance assets/capabilities to cyberstalk people. as in US Citizens. What is appalling is that if such conduct was tacitly allowed (likely only came to light when people became too brazen), of course there are more nefarious abuses related to politics and corruption.
