Amazon employees could mutiny the CEO in less than a month if they acted in unison, no unionization necessary.
- lolinder 3y agoThat's essentially the definition of a union: employees working in unison. Getting that many employees to act in unison is the tricky part that requires all of the infrastructure that Amazon is intent on ensuring doesn't get built.
- rchaud 3y agoSo all that would be needed is 100,000 people acting toward the same goals, in concert without any formal organization?
- r00fus 3y agoDon't worry, the CEO isn't doing this without an entire barrage of anti-union (or unison-like activity) forces up his sleeve. You don't threaten your workforce unless you're confident you can mitigate any retaliatory or expected response.
