Data is great and all (and I'm not defending this particular decision), but at leadership levels you have to make judgment calls all the time even in the face of data that may say otherwise.

- rco8786 3y agoYep! And great decisions. That’s the rub. It’s a total fallacy to think that following the data is automatically better than alternatives. Data is often incomplete, always messy, and can be manipulated to paint lots of conflicting views.
