- huthuthike 3y agoGet reusable silicone bags. Most sources say they don't release microplastics. I'm not sure how well studied that is but my hunch is they probably aren't as bad as using a ziplock bag.
- some_random 3y agoThere are several options for consumer priced steam injection ovens, I have one from Anova but there are other options too, and they can do sous vide to a degree without using a plastic bag.
