$120-175/hr CAD for me, specializing in on prem infrastructure and DBA, clients coast to coast but mostly Ontario. The rate is more determined if I am going through a middleman (usually a MSP) vs direct rather then supply and demand. This hasn't changed through inflation though. Those rates are the same rates for the last 10 years or so.
