If I was in a superficial relationship like the ones profiled and I found out my girlfriend had hired such a service, that seems like pretty good grounds for ending it. Re responding, I think many would respond out of curiosity about what was going on, as opposed to intent to have a real physical relationship. I can in particular imagine assuming this is a scam and wanting to mess with the scammers a bit. I get random messages from "beautiful women" that I assume are scammers, maybe my loyalty is being tested...
