Yes they do. When you get your license you have to past a test that talks extensively about defensive driving and how to deal with other drivers.
- frumper 3y agoThat's a weird way to say you consent to other drivers being drunk on the road.
- bluefishinit 3y agoDriving drunk is against the law, just like testing FSD on public roadspace should be.
- tantalor 3y agoYou're not gonna believe it when I tell you drivers break the law all the time (speeding, no license, no insurance, rolling stops, distracted, etc.)
- frumper 3y agoExactly, and you aren't consenting to that behavior. Knowing it happens is different than giving consent to do it.
