What do you mean by "secure contracts" in this context?
- Geisterde 3y agoExxon signs a contract with oil producers in Iraq or Saudi Arabia, Exxon pays them for the oil and those countries provide it, they put it on a boat and ship it to the US, the put it in a gas station and sell it to you by the gallon.
