I don't think it's either or. There are people who type in specific things in the search bar and then there are those who prefer to use toggles to narrow down to the results and both the audiences need to be catered to.
- adambsilver 3y agoI’m sure like you say there can be times for the other. For example, if users are used to going to a separate advanced search. But in context filters basically is advanced search without the pitfalls of advanced search.
