Weird statement. No one is trying to stop you from programming. They are talking about credentials to be employed professionally.
- toldyouso2022 3y agoNobody is forced to buy work from someone, but with a State sanctioned cartel you are forced to buy from the cartel instead than from whomever you want. The weird statement is yours when you say they don't stop me from programming. They do!
