I have never had any sleep issues and people are always surprised to hear my tactic: I just really enjoy the bed. It’s clean, it’s soft, I’m tired. I enjoy lying in bed. Sometimes I just don’t want to fall asleep because it feels so nice. I always fall asleep very fast. Useless information probably, but who knows. Also, it’s not really a tactic. But perhaps you can try it, look forward to lying in bed. Enjoy it, it’s me time, I can think about whatever I want, I have all the time in the world. So nice. I’m gonna go right now.
