  Those people who rule by power have been defeated with logic! Now smoke comes out of them and they shut down, like evil computers on Star Trek. Also, if we're talking about logic, to "stoppopulationdecline" when population almost never declines anywhere doesn't make sense. preventpopulationdecline?
