One notable stat. 8.8% of Spaniards aged 18-34 visited the ER 5+ times in the 12 months prior to November 2022. 2018-19 average was 2.9%. I checked the underlying data. A further 8.5% went 3-4 times. So roughly 1 in 6 Spanish youth went to the ER 3-5+ times. Further this is only public hospital ER visits. A further ~15% were private. Here is the underlying dataset. Questions 7 and 701.
