I don’t understand this Executive order. Shouldn’t it be the other way around? Stop allowing the Chinese from buying land in the US or owning businesses here?
- dralley 3y agoI don't think there's any legal basis to do that via executive order, while preventing companies from funding foreign military-adjacent research might be on more solid ground. But I'm not a lawyer, don't know the regulations, etc.
