- MissTake 3y agoSo? Wine is open source. Why shouldn’t Apple use it? As long as they abide by the license they’re free to do as they wish. And this is apparently for games and not for “general Windows compatibility” reasons. Linux already has the edge over Macs in gaming. Not seeing a single problem here. Why should Apple’s initiative have any bearing on Linux gaming?
