- sylware 3y agoSo, the US is still alowing DUV photolitographer, and the EUV-High NA?
- giuliomagnifico 3y agoUS allows to ASML the export machines only above 14nm if I remember correctly, anyway not the high end machines.
- sylware 3y agoSince EUV is "7nm feature size", I guess they are stuck to DUV, unless they do their R&D and own photolitographer.
- giuliomagnifico 3y agoYes, sometimes China reports that is capable to build 5-7nm but those claims are a bit controversial, maybe they are capable to build few of them but not as a large scale like ASML machines can do.
