Here's another mind-boggling info:
Apple sold 3 Million iPads. That number DOES NOT include preorders of the device, which went live the day the product was announced. Why didn't Apple include the preorders?

- glhaynes 15y agoI'm not sure why the author of the cnet article says preorders aren't included because Apple's press release doesn't ever say they're not. I'm guessing he's just assuming they're not included because it was possible to preorder before Friday and Apple's release says it has sold 3 million "since its launch on Friday". But I imagine Apple is considering the preorder to turn into a sale on Friday.
