Same issue for me. I need to archive a bunch of data once or twice, put the tape on a shelf in my parents home and then I don't plan to do anything with it unless my NAS self destructs. Ideally I would be able to rent a tape drive, even if it costs 100 dollars per day it wouldn't really matter.
