I too (Moto G8 Power). Disabled the corresponding "Device Help" app as it doesn't appear to serve any purpose I'd find useful. Amusing if some poor sod acciden

I too (Moto G8 Power). Disabled the corresponding "Device Help" app as it doesn't appear to serve any purpose I'd find useful. Amusing if some poor sod accidentally pushed this notification out to the entire Moto user base!
