Ask HN: Best Languages from Refactoring Perspective
Java is an obvious candidate with IntelliJ support, but one can also argue from the opposite direction that, it is too verbose to refactor.
Or does Kotlin strike the right balance between verbosity and refactor-ability?
Perhaps Go/Rust hits the perfect middle ground for you?
