Noteworthy parts include:
* Upgrade to Rust 1.71.1.
* Upgrade to bindgen 0.65.1.
* Support rust-analyzer for out-of-tree modules
* New 'paste!' proc macro.
* Pinned-init API
And much more. Progress is steady and stable which is very good.
For Rust to really take root in major parts of the Linux kernel a firm, deep foundation needs to be laid. That work is being done and will realize great benefits later.
