- jfengel 3y agoFrom the abstract: This mass self-censorship has created pluralistic ignorance that enables science leaders to continue to strive for tribal status by signaling their progressive bona fides Ironically, this sounds to me like an author trying to exert their conservative bona fides, and not much like a serious consideration of the uses and mis-uses of science in politics.
