Isn’t ownership of land regulated by the state pretty much everywhere?
- K0balt 3y agoDepends on what you mean by pretty much anywhere. Outside of the actual cities in Alaska for example you won’t find many restrictions. Many countries in the developing world also are essentially unregulated.
