- PeterCorless 3y agoI just finally got through [35 minute hold time for me, but the hold announcement said be prepared for over 60 minute waits]. No hold on my account. They confirmed it was a system outage that is affecting payment card processing and money transfers (such as Zelle). ATM withdrawals (in theory) should not be affected.
