- mcherm 15y agoWhen I'm hiring, money is a real an notable concern. But it is rarely the TOP concern. I can't speak for others, but when I have a candidate ask challenging questions during the interview, I give them bonus points. In fact, looking to see what questions the candidate asks is one of the basic factors in my assessment.
