  I've had great luck with Fi. I switched to them in 2016 when it was still a bit buggy. Moved the rest of my family over a yearish later and have zero complaints. The few times we've needed support, they're helpful and easy to talk to. Dealing with Fi support was an absolute revelation after countless hours spent waiting in AT&T stores even for a simple phone upgrade. Their app is solid, billing is very easy to understand and the prices are competitive. Coverage used to be lacking in rural areas compared to Verizon and AT&T, but it's improved dramatically over the past few years in our area. Highly recommend Fi.
