I say this not because I'm an Elon Fan, but as someone who's forced to fund the Federal Governemnt: This is thoroughly a dumb lawsuit and a waste of Taxpayer money. I think it's completely fine for a company that regularly deals with classified or ITAR material to require _all_ employees of an organization meet that requirement. The government is like "Don't leak our / ITAR secrets, but we're forcing you to hire people that could potentially do so". What a waste of time. There are bigger fish to fry.
