They're not citizens. They can't vote at all.
- systemvoltage 3y agoYes, we need IDs to make sure they’re US citizens or green card holders in order to vote. How else would you know? We don’t check IDs to do the most basic thing that holds democracy together. The rest of the world requires ID to vote.
