I had to stop using Verizon because their fantastically incompetent management start pushing merging "Fios" and "phone accounts" together. Except my phone was on my parent's plan (since single people get scammed by the carriers) and my home internet was my own fios subscription. It kept trying to merge my personal home plan, located 300 miles from my parents home into my parents cellular plan account.
