I'm not going to explore this topic more than I need to know. What little I have seen of it, to me it seems like it is even worse in terms of affect on your nervous system, than old fashioned porn. It is way, way worse because with AI you're tightening the feedback loop, the "instant gratification" physiology in your body more than ever before. It's not good.
