I don’t get the part on not saying a number. I say a number and it is not my lowest but what I want. Recently I either get an OK or twice “that is above, let me talk to the hiring manager”. So either way I an ok with that, if I say nothing I also don’t where I am at. If someone tells me it is 30% below then thanks and good bye.
