Kale had an incredible PR campaign that turned it from scraps to leading leaf.

- Doxin 3y agomashed potatoes with kale isn't too bad. Especially if you add very small chunks of salted meat. It's definitely not as amazing and versatile as popular culture makes it out to be though.
