The old timey steakhouse standard-- and they're delicious on a hot summer day. I've always suspected the humble iceberg wedge salad is a restauranteur's ideal menu item: take a 50¢ head of lettuce, divide it into quarters, add toppings and sell it for a 60x or more markup. I wouldn't be surprised if it had the highest margin of all the items on the menu :)
