I’m not looking and worked at FAANG and some recognizable companies in my resume. I would say recruiting has dropped off 80%. In the boom times I’d get like 5-10 emails from recruiters a week, and even a couple phone calls. Now it’s down to 1-2 a week. Still not like before, but has noticeably picked up from earlier this year.
