To clarify, does the following scenario sound reasonable to you?
1. User wishes to enter five calendar dates
2. User navigates to form for entering a calendar date
3. User navigates to form for entering two calendar dates
4. User navigates to form for entering three calendar dates
5. User navigates to form for entering four calendar dates
6. User navigates to form for entering five calendar dates
7. User changes mind, and now wishes to abandon the process of entering five calendar dates
8. User navigates back, and is presented with a form for entering four calendar dates
9. User navigates back, and is presented with a form for entering three calendar dates
10. User navigates back, and is presented with a form for entering two calendar dates
11. User navigates back, and is presented with a form for entering a calendar date
12. User navigates back, and arrives back where they were before navigating to the first form
