I like it. It looks like it's mostly geared towards hobbyists at the moment. As others have said enterprises already have dashboarding solutions and don't want to add another one.
The big cloud providers also offer some kind of MQTT broker (Iot hub, iot core, ...) and they also offer analytics solutions. It's not exactly the same what you did but it's probably more enterprise ready.
One use case I would see for myself: Home automation. MQTT is usually at the core of most home automation solutions as well and I could create a custom interface with mqtt.studio to interact with these solutions.
