Ask HN: New e-commerce trends?

Hello everyone, right now I'm fiddling with a new e-commerce idea ( marketplace to promote young designers in Europe ) with one of my friend and I'm currently looking for new trends in e-commerce? I've noticed a trend such as the "Birchbox concept" but it's not very applicable to us. Any idea of website we could get inspiration from? Cheers, Syl
