Sure. If the workplace allows for it then that's how it is, though I think it's a bad idea to go out and talk about it. I think this person feels pretty proud

If the workplace allows for it then that's how it is, though I think it's a bad idea to go out and talk about it. I think this person feels pretty proud about his slacking off, which I'm not saying it isn't an accomplishment... but you're better off keeping it a secret.
