As Bloom explains, this new cadence “puts more pressure on our own self-control,” as some workers might benefit from flexibility and others might find themselves struggling. are some not struggling due to others benefitting a bit too much from the flexibility? what happens to an individual in burnout? longer hours “worked,” less work done. the system is out of alignment. shall we keep driving?
