We are closer and closer to a post DM society.
ADR, supportdocs will be king.
And we are finally seeing a new area of real knowledge work.
Soon it will be easier to train ai than new people.

- Femolo 3y agoTo be more precise: you know when you just write someone a direct message because they can just answer it? If I have a proper knowledge base I would assume these DMs will no longer be necessary OR they will be incorporated into the AI.
